By registering, accessing, or using the Industry Academia Community (IAC) Platform and any websites, mobile applications, portals, products, services, programs, communities, events, subdomains, or related platforms owned, operated, managed, affiliated with, or authorized by Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. ("Cloud Counselage"), whether existing now or introduced in the future, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and any future amendments thereto.
By registering on the Platform, you voluntarily consent to being on boarded into the Industry Academia Community (IAC) ecosystem and authorize Cloud Counselage to create, maintain, process, and administer your account and profile. You further authorize Cloud Counselage to collect, verify, process, store, use, analyze, transfer, and retain your information for educational, professional development, recruitment, internship, placement, mentorship, networking, certification, training, career advancement, startup ecosystem participation, compliance, analytics, operational, and related ecosystem purposes.
Cloud Counselage may collect personal, educational, professional, technical, communication, transactional, and platform usage information, including profile details, qualifications, resumes, certifications, skills, activity logs, preferences, device information, and communications submitted through the Platform.

You expressly consent to receive calls, messages, notifications, updates, alerts, newsletters, and promotional communications from Cloud Counselage, its affiliates and authorized partners regarding courses, certifications, internships, jobs, placements, mentorship programs, training programs, webinars, events, networking initiatives, startup opportunities, career opportunities, platform services, and related educational and professional development opportunities through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Voice Calls, App Notifications, Push Notifications, and other legally permitted communication channels. You may withdraw your consent or opt out of promotional communications at any time, subject to applicable laws; however, essential service, security, compliance, transactional, account related, and legal communications may continue where necessary
Cloud Counselage may use Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, automation, analytics, recommendation engines, chatbots, voice bots, assessments, and related technologies to improve platform services, matching, recommendations, career guidance, analytics, and user experience. Such outputs are advisory in nature and do not guarantee outcomes or constitute professional advice
Information may be shared with Cloud Counselage affiliates and authorized partners for legitimate educational, professional, business, operational, compliance, legal, and service delivery purposes, including facilitating courses, certifications, internships, jobs, placements, mentorship programs, training programs, events, networking initiatives, and other related opportunities. Such sharing may include profile information, resumes, qualifications, certifications, skills, applications, participation records, assessment results, and other information reasonably necessary to facilitate opportunities and services available through the Platform.
Your information may be stored, processed, transferred, or backed up in India or other jurisdictions where Cloud Counselage, its affiliates, or authorized partners operate, subject to applicable laws and reasonable safeguards.
Subject to applicable laws, users may request access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or exercise other rights available under applicable data protection laws by contacting Cloud Counselage through designated channels
Cloud Counselage acts solely as a technology platform, facilitator, and ecosystem enabler. Participation in courses, certifications, internships, jobs, placements, mentorships, startup programs, networking activities, funding opportunities, events, webinars, or other services does not guarantee admission, certification, internship selection, employment, placement, funding, investment, mentorship, business opportunities, or any specific outcome. All final decisions remain solely with the respective third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Cloud Counselage, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, mentors, consultants, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, employment related, educational, business, financial, or other losses arising from the use of the Platform, reliance on platform content, AI-generated outputs, communications, opportunities, or actions of third parties.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Counselage, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information provided by the user, violation of applicable laws, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of this Agreement
Cloud Counselage implements reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and security measures to protect personal information. However, no electronic system, communication network, or storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with digital communications and data storage.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
